Frida Giannini from Gucci launches own shoe collection

Repeat after me: Gucci. Gucci. Gucci.

Well before we get on a tangent and forget why I am writing this, Gucci's creative director Frida Giannini has taken all that she has knows and is releasing her very own collection of trainers in collaboration with musician and producer Mark Ronson.

With 17 exclusive, jaw dropping styles (15 shoes for men and 2 for the ladies), the Gucci Ronson series is definitely worth taking a look at.

Located on Covent Garden's Earlham Street, the shop will be open to the public from Wednesday 22 April. So make a twirl past there and uhh and ahh at all the shoes.

Dr. Martens turns 50

Dr. Martens, an iconic and classic shoe that no one could ever put a foot wrong in. They are the essence of rock 'n roll and punk. And this year will be their 50th year of existence. A milestone in the evolution of fashion.




To celebrate this Dr. Martens have asked 10 different film directors to make videos of contemporary bands and musicians covering a classic song of their choice. The celebrations carry on throughout the year, so definitely keep an eye on this.
